What safety precautions are you now taking with the pandemic?
Everyone’s safety and health is at the top of our priorities. Hand sanitizer will be available for all guests and we will monitor and disinfect our serving station as well as any tables/chairs we provide.
How does the booking process work?
Fill out a contact form or contact us with any questions. We’ll secure the date, time, and beverage options. You’ll receive a contract and we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Final payment is due by the date of your event.
How long does it take to setup the Pop-Up Beer Garden?
It all depends on the size and location of the event, and exactly where we need to position The Beer Wagon. Best case scenario is that we have an opportunity to park the trailer where it needs to be 24 hours before the event. Otherwise, two hours should be enough time for the beer to settle and our staff to get fully setup.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Due to licensing and permit submissions, we need at least two weeks notice.
Do you have liability insurance?
We are fully insured for off-site events, and our staff is trained in responsible beverage alcohol service.
How many people can you serve?
We challenge you to throw a party we can’t handle!
How far will you travel to do an event?
We primarily serve communities in the Rochester region. That said, we’ll travel up to one hour from Rochester. If you really want to show off and book The Beer Wagon for a special event, we can likely work something out.
Will you offer this service in the winter?
It’s Upstate, NY. Of course we will.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our event?
We understand nobody can control the weather. We will do our best to accommodate you with a rescheduled date.
How much does it cost?
It all depends on the size of your party, duration, location, and beverage choice. Contact us to get a quote.
How long does an event last?
We book events from 3-6 hours.
Are there any additional fees?
In addition to your menu selections, there is 8.75% tax, 15% gratuity, and 5% service charge.
